This selection appeared in Nitro Magazine's special tribute to T-Birds and Cougars as part of a Charlie Smith custom series, and it was also featured in Rod & Custom magazine for August, 1989. It's design and formal top are merely the result of existing metal and a visual continuation of the stock body lines. Check out those extended rear fenders and the '52-'53 Merc styling cues.
