If "turnabout is fair play", then indeed... C•Cruz did just that to one - Mr. "Henry High Rise". As most street rodders know, Dave Bell has given us years of entertainment with his cartoon column in the back of each issue of Street Rodder Magazine. As "payback" in one issue only, an April Fool's edition, Cruz immortalized the master striper & cartoonist with this comic strip tribute to Dave and his long time alter ego "Henry".
