Product Specifications and Care

Open Edition Canvas Prints:

• Our fine art Giclee prints are reproduced on the highest quality canvas material available. Printed and quality controlled by the artist, these prints are an exquisite reproduction of the artist’s original. Only after being satisfied completely with each individual print, does the artist sign and release the results.

• The resulting prints have superior water and light resistance. The combination of archival ink technology and a high quality canvas substrate initially produces an image with amazing light fastness, color fidelity and stability. After the application of color, each print then receives a final UV coating which further protects and prolongs it’s longevity.

Although these prints utilize the finest inks, canvas and UV protection to produce their stable archival quality; as with all fine art prints, the material manufacturers recommend the following cautions:
• Prints should be displayed in an indoor environment for utmost print longevity.
• Protecting these prints from prolonged exposure to intense light sources and direct sunlight, as well as environmental contaminants, should preserve their graphic richness and detail for many years to come.
• If prints are to be stored, do so in an acid free, archival sleeve for maximum protection.

• Each canvas print has; in additional to it’s advertised image size, four inches (4) of background color on all four sides. This is to facilitate a “gallery wrap” should you wish to have them stretched over an internal frame and displayed with canvas edges. For display with a traditional external frame, they can be left full size or trimmed. All canvas prints are rolled and delivered in heavy weight tubes.
